VERDICT

If you’ve been lusting for a pair of Bose earbuds to make you company during your workouts but always found the price to be off-putting, the Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds are a perfect alternative. They are comfortable, sound great, and their price is simply amazing.

The Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds offer a lot of the same functionality and performance as you get with portable earbuds from Bose and other premium manufacturers. The main difference between Bose and Phaiser is the price. While most Bose earbuds cost hundreds of dollars, the Phaiser BHS-750 sells for just around $40.

Design and Build

Available in five colors (black, purple, green, blue, and red), the Phaiser BHS-750 are not the most striking earbuds on the market. They are made out of aluminum and shaped for maximum comfort and durability—not style. When in use, the earbuds disappear in your ears, and the only part that remains somewhat visible is the silver, magnetic backplate, which hides a charging connector.

Thanks to the backplate, you can wear the earbuds around your neck like a necklace when not listening to music. And when you are listening to music, there’s no reason to worry about moisture or sweat. The Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds are protected by Liquipel Nano Coating, making them ideal for sweaty workouts and other demanding activities.

The earbuds are kept in place by winged earphone tips, which provide both over- and under-ear wearing options. Regardless of how you decide to wear the headphones, you’ll always be able to control your music using the remote control with an embedded noise-canceling microphone for clear hands-free phone calls.

Sound Quality

Just to be clear with you: the Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds don’t sound as good as Bose earbuds. Considering how much more expensive Bose earbuds are, that shouldn’t come as a big surprise. The real question is whether Bose earbuds are worth the extra cost, and we believe that they are not—at least for most people.

Why not? Because both Bose earbuds and the Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds are intended for outside use or for working out. That means a lot of loud noises coming from all directions and interfering with your music. While you might be able to tell that Bose earbuds are more detailed and have a clearer bass when listening at home, you most likely won’t be able to tell them apart from the Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds when you’re at the gym or outside in the streets.

And how do they sound like? Warm, detailed, and balanced. The Phaiser BHS-750 Bluetooth earbuds don’t lead to absolutely any listening fatigue, making them great not only for short bursts of exercise but also for extended listening while studying or working.

What’s in the Box?
